- Costs under control right from the start
The costs for using the portal are offered in an interesting and transparent leasing system which allows a long term cost calculation.
Depending on the running time of the trial there will be a base price for the default modules.
The individual adjustments will be calculated and the costs are converted to a monthly fee. The costs for user management and support on the other hand are charged per user.
By this way you can define the allocation of the costs during the runtime. A starting investment is not necessary.
- User management
Our user management has proofed to be notably comfortable. The customer just informs us about the user and we take care of everything else.
We contact the user and ensure that he may participate in the trial.
With this first contact a quick introduction into the software will be provided and the user immedialtely feels well served.
As a matter of course we take care of the support in case of questions concerning the software. By this way our customers are able to care for the essentials.
- Evaluations at any timet
The big advantage of our portal amongst many other solutions is the direct communication of the user with the database.
The user stores the data in a central databse immediately and does not need to send them for a further import.
For this reason it is possible to generate intermediate results at any time of the trial as the complete data is available in one central database.

- Intuitive operation
We set a high value on a user friendly interface when realising the portal so that users intuitively get along with the input forms.
Therefore we use controls with a high recognition value. Additionally an integrated help system provides answers for any kind of questions.
- Patient file
All data that the user entered during the trial may be displayed as a patient file or overview. Additional data collection isn't largely any more necessary.
Other reports may be integrated also. Further more the user may export the data he entered for internal evaluations.
- Direct communication with the database
The collected data will immediately be stored in our database. A complex sending of the data is not necessary for this reason. Of course the data is encrypted when sended to our database.
- Personal support
Because of the personalised user management a very individual und trusting support is possible.
We gather the data of our users with personal data which is treated highly confidential of course.
Thereby we are able to resolve questions by phone or Mail and provide help of needed. In both cases we are able to react quickly to frequently asked questions.
- Forum for communication
A notable feature is the integratable forum. With it we provide a medium that allows the users to communicate directly upon each other.
For example experiences, problem cases or therapy methods could be exchanged. The information keeps within the user community of the trial and is not available for others.
